🕐 Extended Care

For an additional fee, Before Care and After Care is available for those needing early check-in or late check-out. Before Care runs from 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM. After Care runs from 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM. Any camper dropped off before 8:30 AM or after 4:00 PM will be charged the respective Before or After Care fee.

We understand plans change! Please review the following cancellation policies. SUMMER CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancel before April 1st -  full refund minus $50. Cancel prior to Week 1 of camp -  50% refund Cancel after Week 1 of camp starts -  no refund

🍴 Lunch

Adventure Science Center camp does not provide lunch or snacks. Campers should bring a snack with them each day and may either bring their own lunch or order food from our on-site Subway. Subway lunch orders must be completed and paid for on Monday morning for the entire week. *Beginning with President's Day Camp 2026, the on-site Subway will no longer be available as a lunch option. Campers are highly encourage do bring a snack or lunch with them.

Subsidized Camp Opportunities Adventure Science Center is proud to offer subsidized camp registration fees to families that participate in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP, WIC) and the Families First/Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) programs. How to Enroll: Fill out the subsidized camp request form . Upload proof of aid at the end of the form, then submit the form. The camp coordinator will contact parents in the order they apply to our subsidized camp opportunities. Subsidized camp registrations are available for single-day and week-long Camps. Spots are limited and provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
