Throughout the week, campers dive into hands-on projects ranging from textiles, sculpture, paper mache, and collaborative art. Our campers will delight in design and construction challenges that foster imagination, craftsmanship, and the joy of making things. 🕐 Extended Care
Beforecare and aftercare are available at an additional cost of $16/hr (pro-rated by 15 minute increments). Before-care is available every day from 8:30-9 AM. After-care is available Monday-Thursday from 3- 4 PM.
📋 Cancellation Policy
If ESN cancels a week of camp, you’ll receive a full refund for any days missed due to the closure. The following refund policy applies to any cancellations that are not due to our closure: You may cancel for any reason prior to April 1, and will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations after April 1 will not be refunded. No refunds will be given due to sickness or suspected illness.
🍴 Lunch
For each full day of camp, families will need to provide lunch and 2 snacks. For each ½ day, families will need to provide lunch and 1 snack.
ℹ️ Additional Details
Families can transfer to a different week of camp, without penalty, up until one month prior to that camp beginning. Late transfers may be requested by emailing camp@esnashville.org, but are not guaranteed.
