🕐 Extended Care

Camp Overbrook offers extended care options: Morning Care: 7:30 – 9:00 a.m. ($60 per week) Afternoon Care: 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. ($75 per week) A $15 fee applies for last-minute drop-in care.

📋 Cancellation Policy

A $50 registration fee per family is non-refundable and non-transferable Cancellations before May 1, 2026, receive a 75% refund of camp fees After May 1, 2026, no refunds are available Cancellation requests should be emailed to overbrookcamp@overbrook.edu. Camp Overbrook reserves the right to cancel sessions due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. If a camp is canceled, a full refund will be issued.

🍴 Lunch

Campers should bring their own lunch and a water bottle each day. Campers eat together under the supervision of camp staff.

⚠️ Allergies

Please inform Camp Overbrook of any camper allergies prior to the session. Allergy-free snacks are available upon request.
