Check-In: Check-in for Middle School Camp will take place on Wednesday July 1st between 8:15-8:45am at the front entrance of the Indoor recreation center. You will be required to check your child in and out each day. The camp is open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender). All grades are for the incoming 2026-2027 school year. Camp Conclusion: Camp will end promptly at 1:00pm on Thursday, July 2nd on Hawkins Field. Parents Visitation: Parents are welcome to visit the baseball camp at any time. We request that you stay off the playing field while camp is in session. What to Bring: Vanderbilt is not liable for theft of loss of camper’s personal property so please label all gear! o Bat o Glove o Cleats/Sneakers o Helmet o Catcher’s Gear (if applicable) Typical Daily Schedule: 9:00-10:00AM Defensive Instruction 10:00-11:00AM Offensive Instruction 11:00-1:00PM Game Play Refund Policy: Refund is issued 30+ days prior to camp begin date (unless a doctor's note is provided).
