Have a wonderful time with games and hands-on activities, including LEGO math, number puzzles, board games, and shape scavenger hunts! We’ll use books as a springboard for some math and literature activities. Pattern blocks, tangrams, assorted dice and cards are among the manipulatives we will use during the week. While the emphasis will be on fun and games, campers will strengthen their math skills and build number sense and math-fact fluency. Special activities, great math challenges, and fun for the younger and older students will be provided. There may even be special appearances and math “gifts” earned, as well as opportunities for students to complete Summer BINGO activities!Session Details
