This is not a camp — it is purposeful preparation. Focus areas include strength, alignment, and clean technique; endurance and injury prevention; and mental focus and professional discipline. Designed for dancers attending out-of-town or local intensives (including FSCA July Intensives), students not yet traveling but seeking serious preparation, and families desiring disciplined, high-level training.Available Sessions
