Our program is designed to allow campers to choose their own activities. We offer 5 daily activity periods. Within each of these periods, a variety of activities are offered for campers to choose from. The power of choice in real time helps with decision-making skills and coincides with how they feel in that moment. Our staff encourages campers to step out of their comfort zones and try new activities, but the program also allows campers to spend time doing what they love. We are lucky to be in a beautiful outdoor space. Many activities have a nature and science element to them, but we offer a little of everything. We use the skills of our staff to bring new activities to our program weekly, which empowers our staff to take ownership of their jobs as camp counselors. Willow Springs believes in teamwork and can’t wait to spend the summer with your campers.Additional Information

At this time, no before or after care will be provided.
📋 Cancellation Policy
A $50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration. This is applied towards your final balance. If you cancel at anytime for any reason, this fee is not refunded. You may cancel your camper’s registration for any reason, up to two weeks prior to your camper’s session and receive a full refund less the non-refundable deposit ($50). Cancellations within two weeks of your session will result in the forfeiture of all fees. Camp sessions must be paid in full by May 1, 2026. The camp reserves the right to cancel a camper’s session if payment has not been received by May 1 or the appropriate payment plan has been set up. Always reach out if you have concerns. There is no fee for switching sessions, but this is subject to availability. You may not find your own replacement if you need to cancel. All cancellations and waitlists must go through the camp office.

Where will camp happen in 2026? We will be using the back property of Christ United Methodist Church this summer. There is a large field, a creek, a playground, and parking lot space to allow for all of our planned activities. We will have access to indoor bathrooms and storm shelters if needed. The church is located at 508 Franklin Road Franklin, TN 37069. We are a private day camp, unaffiliated with Christ UMC.
