Afternoon Care For late pick-ups 4 – 5 PM Members - $40 Not Yet Members - $45

📋 Cancellation Policy

Due to an increased number of late cancellations in recent years, we have instituted a new policy to better serve our families on the waitlist and encourage timely cancellations that allow a spot to be filled. If a refund is requested more than 30 days before the start date of the camp session(s), a 50% refund will be issued. If a refund is requested with less than 30 days before the start date of the camp session(s), no refund will be issued Registration cancellations/changes cannot be completed online. Please email education@cheekwood.org to request a cancellation.

🍴 Lunch

If you are registering for a full day camp or a morning and afternoon camp for a single camper the same week, you do not need to purchase lunch care. That cost has been factored into the new camp rates. If you are sending your camper for a half day camp only and need to add lunch care (12:00 – 1:00 PM) to extend your camper’s day, please email education@cheekwood.org for the link to register. These spots do not fill up and can be added at any time, including at the start of the week of camp. Lunch care costs $25/per week per camper.
