Lunch
Students registered for morning and afternoon sessions or full-day camp will receive a complimentary lunch prepared by Sage Dining Service. Junior Panther campers must bring a drink and lunch.
Cancellation Policy
We will make every effort to offer and staff courses as described on our website. However, it is possible that circumstances can necessitate a change. In the event that FRA Summer Camps cancel a course, registrants will receive a refund less a $10 processing fee. If, after an offering in the summer program has begun, it becomes apparent that the FRA Summer Camps staff has not been made aware of specific medical or emotional needs that cannot be accommodated, or if the camper is uncooperative with instructors or a detriment to other students, the camper may be removed from any current or future camp that she/he may be registered to attend without refund.

Registration for FRA Summer Camps is available up to the start date for any programs with openings. We will strive to honor transfer requests, subject to availability within the desired program. For camp sessions scheduled from June 1-19, refunds for cancellations will be issued, minus a $50 processing fee, prior to May 25, 2026. There will be no refunds for any reason on or after May 25, 2025. For camp sessions scheduled from July 6-31, refunds for cancellations will be issued, minus a $50 processing fee, prior to June 15, 2026. There will be no refunds for any reason on or after June 15, 2026. FRA Summer Camps may cancel a program at any time, in which case a full refund will be issued. FRA is pleased to offer extended hours for mornings and afternoons. Mornings: $35 per week, extended hours are 7:45 - 8:30 a.m. Afternoons: $125 per week, extended hours are 3 - 5 p.m. Campers may be picked up in the lower school dining hall.
