Do you dream of working at NaCoMe one day? We're excited to share an update to our Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program in 2026! Each CIT will spend one week shadowing a camp counselor and one week working alongside our recreation staff! Throughout both weeks, CITs will meet daily with their leadership to focus on new character development skills designed to strengthen leadership, responsibility, and teamwork, all important skills for becoming NaCoMe staff! This is a two week program (not including the weekend). Campers will receive the best experience if they attend both weeks.Available Sessions
