Established in 1988 to teach sound, fundamental offensive and defensive football techniques to pre-high school players. The coaching staff uses demonstration and individual drills for both beginning and experienced players. Covers warm-up, physical conditioning, skills drills, and review each session. Coach Alumbaugh assisted by regular coaching staff and selected former players. Full contact is not a priority. Open to incoming 4th-9th graders.Available Sessions
