Designed for competitive swimmers to improve their stroke technique through individual stroke analysis and instruction during multiple pool sessions each day. Instruction occurs at the Pohl Recreation Center & PEB Natatorium with small group sessions organized by skill level. Participants should have competitive swimming experience and be able to swim at least 50 meters in all four competitive strokes: fly, back, breast, and freestyle.Session Details
