This week, campers will discover the art of Aikido, a peaceful and graceful Japanese martial art that focuses on balance, awareness, and harmony rather than aggression. Campers will learn how to move with energy instead of against it. They will practice fundamental techniques, including Kokyu-ho (breath controlling techniques) and Tenkan (pivoting movements to redirect energy). This program is designed to help campers develop confidence, improve focus, and build respect for themselves and others.Available Sessions
