Campers will explore the delicious chemical reactions behind their favorite foods. They'll learn why cheese melts perfectly in quesadillas, how starches thicken Loaded Baked Potato Dip, what makes pizza dough rise, and the science of stir-frying Lo Mein noodles. It’s a tasty, fun way to learn the chemistry behind cooking and make delicious meals.
