🕐 Extended Care
we offer before care from 7:45–8:45 AM and after care from 3:30–5:00 PM. Pre-registration is required and available as a weekly package when registering for XPLORE: Summer at TVS. Before Care is available from 7:45 AM to 8:45 AM each day for families needing early drop-off. The fee for this service is $10.00 per day. After Care is available from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM each day for families needing late pick-up. The fee for this service is $15.00 per day. For Late Pick-Up after 5:00 PM, a fee of $30.00 will be added to the family’s account.
🍴 Lunch
We provide nut-free snacks for campers during morning half-day, afternoon half-day, and full-day camps. If your camper will be staying for Lunch Bunch, please send a lunch with them, as our lunch services are closed during the summer.
🎒 What Should My Camper Bring
Participants should wear cool, comfortable clothing and are encouraged to wear hats. They’ll receive camp t-shirts but don’t need to wear them daily. Please apply sunscreen before camp and send extra for reapplication. Bring a labeled refillable water bottle and, if attending sports camps, personal labeled equipment. Pre-K and Kindergarten campers must bring an extra set of clothes. All personal items should be clearly labeled.

XPLORE Summer at TVS warmly welcomes both TVS and non-TVS students to campus! If your child is registered for the morning session and you need them to stay for Lunch Bunch until 12:30 PM, a fee of $25.00 will apply.
