The Gratton Leadership Program is a long-standing Counselor-in-Training tradition at Camp Grady Spruce. A co-ed two-week program for campers who have turned 16 by June 1, it is an application and interview-based process focusing on leadership, community, counseling skills, and team building. Gratton Leaders participate in creating and leading camp activities, host chapel and talent shows, assist counselors in cabins, lead canoe trips, and complete service projects. Participants are campers, not staff, and are expected to serve as positive role models.Available Sessions
