Camp Stewart's Leadership Development Program for boys ages 15 and older who wish to grow toward becoming camp counselors. LT is a two-year commitment: participants pay full tuition in year one and half tuition in year two, serving as trainees who learn through work, study, and increasing responsibility in camp operations. Applicants must have attended Camp Stewart for at least one prior full term and demonstrate excellent character, integrity, and a positive reputation as a camper. The program develops maturity, responsibility, patience, and understanding of effective counseling through discussion, observation, and hands-on participation. Participants attend full-term sessions (4 weeks) only.Available Sessions
