Leaders in Training (LIT) is an exciting, hands-on leadership program for students entering 7th–11th grade in Fall 2026. Whether you're a Destination Science graduate or a student ready to step into a leadership role, the LIT program gives you real-world experience while staying connected to the fun and innovation of hands-on science. LITs build real leadership skills, develop strong character, gain real-world experience, and serve in a nonprofit STEM organization. Two-week minimum commitment required.Available Sessions
