The DCIT (Day Camp Leaders-in-Training) program is a leadership program for teens ages 13–15 (entering 9th–10th grade). DCITs spend each week working on specific training to gain leadership and problem-solving skills while working with day camp leaders in the full day K-8th Summer Camp Program. Weekly topics include leadership identity, communication, professionalism, safety & self-care, working with campers, and activity planning. A one-time $56 Enrollment Fee is required.Available Sessions
