Turn everyday objects into touchpads and musical instruments! In this high energy hands-on camp, our youngest innovators will dive into the magical world of electrical engineering. By combining the physical power of Makey Makey with the creative logic of Scratch, kids will learn that the world around them is one big controller! What the Little Inventors Will Do: Fruit Pianos & Playdough Gamepads: Discover how electricity flows through unexpected objects like bananas, foil, and even their own high-fives to trigger actions on a computer. Scratch Coding Basics: Learn the fundamentals of block-based coding to create their own animations, sound effects, and interactive stories. The "Invention Challenge": From building a game to designing a custom dance pad or a musical instrument, students will use their new circuit skills to solve creative puzzles. The Code Wiz Experience: Small Groups: Our small camp sizes ensures every child gets the help they need to wire their inventions correctly. Empowered Creativity: Students don't just follow a manual; they are encouraged to experiment, "fail forward," and debug their own inventions.Available Sessions
