APEX Summer Camp is an evidence-based, neurodiverse-affirming 4-week summer program for autistic and neurodiverse children ages 6-9. The program focuses on building friendships, fostering confidence in peer-to-peer interactions, and supporting social and emotion regulation skill development through traditional summer camp activities including board games, art, sports, and more. The program delivers 115 hours of treatment over 4 weeks — equivalent to roughly 1.5 years of clinic or school-based social skills training. Groups of 8-10 campers are supported by 5-6 counselors (approximately 2:1 staff-to-camper ratio). Daily behavioral data collection, daily report cards to parents, and weekly expert clinical supervision are provided.
