<b>This class is intended for students with prior coding experience. Students who have never done coding before should take the <i>Roblox with Lua: Intro (New Coders)</i> course.</b> <br><br> Roblox is one of the most popular gaming platforms in the world for teens! Would you like to learn how to create and publish your own roblox games? This course will teach you how to use Roblox Studio to design and code Roblox games, such as an obstacle course game (Obby). You will also learn to build projectile weapons, such as a cool customized fireball. In addition, you will know how to enhance existing roblox games, such as adding a menu of custom chat commands that can give various superpowers. <br><br> You will be introduced to coding with the Lua programming language. You will learn basic coding concepts, such as loops, conditionals, and functions. This course will lay a solid foundation for intermediate courses that will teach you how to even monetize (potential to earn money) your Roblox games and make some Robux!
