What does it take to put on a play? Which way is "stage left"? How do actors memorize all those lines? Why do we tell them to "break a leg"? Learn the answers to these questions and many more in this introductory dive into the magical world of stagecraft. This camp is for students who are interested in learning more about live theatre. They'll learn all the basic lingo, etiquette, and techniques they need to get started. Through guided visual presentations, hands-on crafts, and lively theatre games, campers will learn about the many ways to get involved in the performing arts–including roles for talented artists both on and offstage.Session Details
