Bass Brigade is a hands-on, 5-day, immersive educational program designed to teach participants about aquatic ecosystems and natural resource management. Field professionals educate youth on botany (terrestrial and aquatic plants), fish biology, pond and lake management, water quality strategies, and land and water stewardship. Activities also include fly tying and casting, electrofishing, plant identification, photography, journaling, and art. Bobwhite Brigade is a hands-on, 5-day, immersive learning experience for high-achieving youth (ages 13-17) about Texas quail and natural resource management. Participants study the anatomy and biology of bobwhite quail, diet and nutritional needs, habitat requirements, covey dynamics, and predator, habitat, and land management. Hunter ethics, firearm handling and safety, and dog handling are part of the intensive schedule. Life-skills including leadership, team-building, critical thinking, public speaking, and communication are incorporated throughout.

Buckskin Brigade is a hands-on, 5-day, immersive learning experience offering participants an in-depth view of Texas white-tailed deer. Participants develop a thorough understanding of white-tailed deer ecology including anatomy and biology, habitat and nutrition requirements, rattling, scoring, and survey methods. Activities include firearm safety, rifle and archery basics, and the development of leadership, public speaking, and teamwork skills. The Texas Brigades model of leadership development, education, and empowerment is central to the program.

Coastal Brigade is a hands-on, 5-day, immersive program encompassing coastal habitat management, fisheries management, coastal ecology, and saltwater fishing. Thirty of the brightest and best 13-17 year olds from across Texas are selected to attend and become ambassadors of land stewardship and coastal resources. Activities cover fish identification, saltwater species collection techniques, water quality, habitat management, angling, boater safety, and ethics. Life skills including leadership, team-building, critical thinking, public speaking, and communication are central components.

Ranch Brigade is a hands-on, 5-day, immersive learning experience focused on land stewardship and livestock production. Participants learn about sustainable beef production, low stress livestock handling, grassland management and nutrition, and livestock marketing. Twenty-four high school students are selected from across the state to become ambassadors of land stewardship and livestock production in their communities. Leadership, team-building, critical thinking, public speaking, and communication skills are woven throughout.

Waterfowl Brigade is a hands-on, 5-day, immersive camp centered on the ecology of ducks and other water-birds. Participants study aquatic vegetation, the importance of wetland ecosystems, waterfowl biology and flock dynamics, land and water stewardship, and natural resource management, including how to identify waterfowl using all senses. Activities include photography, journaling, painting, and hunting skills, safety, and ethics. Life skills such as teamwork, public speaking, communication, and leadership are developed throughout.
