In this week-long adventure children will learn valuable life skills in a fun and challenging environment! Lessons include how to use basic tools for wilderness survival, how to stay hydrated by finding and purifying water, how to safely and efficiently start a fire for cooking and heat, primitive shelter types and building methods, and how to safely forage for food. Survival Skills Camp also includes our popular Knife Skills 101 class where children learn how to safely handle a fixed blade knife as well as basic carving techniques. Space is limited to 15 students in order to keep a small student to teacher ratio for better hands-on learning.Session Details
