A one-week, non-resident, chamber music and orchestral intensive experience for precollegiate students. Led by extensive faculty of the Blair School of Music at Vanderbilt University, this five-day program provides an experience tailored for the most talented young musicians. Students will work closely with world-class instructors in orchestral training, technique, sectionals, chamber music, and masterclasses. The chamber music component (9:00 AM - 12:00 PM) is combined with the orchestral intensive (12:30 PM - 6:00 PM). The only precollegiate summer intensive in the Southeast offering both orchestral and chamber instruction.Session Details
