📋 Cancellation Policy
In case of a camper’s withdrawal from the program, the auxiliary programs director, Carol Garaby, must be notified via email. A $50 cancellation fee per camp will be charged for all cancellations received prior to May 1, 2026. If camp is canceled between May 1 and May 15, 50% of the camp tuition is still due. After May 15, 2026, no refunds will be issued. Canceled camp fees cannot be transferred to another camper and cannot be held until 2027. Harpeth Hall and the auxiliary programs department reserve the right to cancel any program based on enrollment or other circumstances. Should Harpeth Hall cancel a program in which your child is enrolled, you will be offered a 100% refund or credit to another camp or program.
🍴 Lunch
Girls attending both a morning and afternoon session on the same day may sign up for lunch during registration. This would allow them to stay all day and eat in the dining hall with other campers and Harpeth Hall summer staff members.

Unless otherwise noted, campers should dress in comfortable attire: a T-shirt (short- or long-sleeved), shorts or leggings, and sneakers (no sandals or open-toe shoes, please). Other items needed for specific camps will be communicated before the start of each camp.
