Youth Summer Ministry (YSM) is a 7-day residential mission program offered in June and July that brings church groups from across the country to rural Appalachia on the South Cumberland Plateau. YSM pairs service and worship, mission and theology. Participants choose to serve through Service Project (home repair: construction, painting, and yard work) or Day Camp (mentoring local Grundy County children ages 6-11). Days are structured around work in mixed-church Youth Renewal Groups (YRGs) plus daily individual, small-group, and corporate worship. The fee includes all meals, lodging, project materials, programming, and camp staffing. Held at Camp Cumberland Pines.Available Sessions
