This course is designed exclusively for students who are just beginning to explore drawing — ideal for those fascinated by character design or simply wanting to learn to draw with more confidence. Using traditional media and the principles of constructive anatomy, students learn to draw the human figure and animals with structure and purpose. Topics include foundational drawing techniques, figure and portrait drawing, animal studies, and designing original characters and creatures from the inside out. The focus is on observation, form, and creative expression rather than software. Location: Lake Washington High School.Session Details
