This elective explores both traditional and digital illustration while introducing animation techniques. Students learn fundamentals of pose, movement, and expression, then experiment with digital tools used by professional animators. Through hands-on projects, they explore keyframing, sequencing, and expressive gesture to create short animated pieces, developing a portfolio of original work. Supplies provided. A personal tablet is preferred. Students need a Google account and flash drive.
