In this first level of the leadership program, CITs learn about the skills needed to become a camp counselor. They develop their personal leadership style, explore the basics of planning and leading programs, and discover group management techniques. CITs attend sessions 2 and 3 of day camp (10 days), are dropped off and picked up each day, and do not stay over the weekend.Session Details
