In this second level of the leadership program, CITs focus on skills needed to work with younger campers and continue developing their leadership styles and teamwork skills. Under the guidance of staff, CITs learn behavior management techniques, how to craft age-appropriate activities, and receive hands-on experience leading and working with younger campers. CIT II's attend sessions 4, 5, and 6 of day camp (15 days).Session Details
