City of Houston facility with 18 lighted hard courts offering youth tennis programs including the free NJTL (National Junior Tennis and Learning) program for ages 4–18 with beginner and intermediate lessons. Each summer camp will offer a mix of classroom learning; science, technology, and art activities; physical activity, and other fun experiences, with a full-day schedule for rising kindergarteners through grade 8 and a half-day for rising grades 9 to 12. Although academic work will not be graded, elementary and middle school students will have an opportunity to get caught up academically before the school year begins. Dual enrollment classes are offered for high school students.

Metro Parks Theater Academy is a place for students ages 3-18 to learn all about theater no matter if their interest is acting and directing, singing and dancing, or the technical aspects of putting on a production. Students will spend time discovering and developing their theater talents and will have a chance to showcase what they learn in a low-stakes performance setting.
