Summer Camp Organizations

The largest Episcopal summer camp in the nation, established in 1921 by the Episcopal Diocese of Texas. Offers week-long residential sessions for ages 8–16 on 1,100 acres one hour northwest of Houston, welcoming over 2,000 campers annually with activities emphasizing community, faith, and outdoor adventure.

Day and overnight project-based programs for neurodivergent youth entering 6th grade through age 23 with autism, ADHD, and social/cognitive support needs. Builds social skills, independence, and self-confidence in natural setting. Programming includes film, performing arts, sports, STEM. Day program 8:30am-8pm with flexible hours. 3-5 campers per staff member.

Co-ed residential camp for ages 7–16 on 356 acres in Kettle Moraine Forest, about 2 hours from Chicago. 50+ horses with on-site ranch, 95+ activities including swimming, archery, sailing, and horseback riding. Sessions from 4 days to 9 weeks. ACA accredited.

Full-day multi-arts summer camp for ages 8–15 at Georgetown Visitation Preparatory School. Campers choose their own schedules from classes in theater, dance, music, visual art, filmmaking, and writing taught by professional artists.

Year-round ACA-accredited camp on 236 acres on Lake Martin serving children and adults with mental and/or physical disabilities. Wide variety of educational, social, and recreational activities promoting equality, dignity, and maximum independence. Approximately 2 hours from Huntsville.

Six camp divisions tailored to unique age groups from 18 months through age 14. Campers enjoy learning, swimming, sports, trips, crafts, and more in a Jewish community setting.

Howard County therapeutic recreation day camp for children ages 7-13 with complex emotional and behavioral disorders including ADHD, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and social skill deficits.
