The Leadership Development Program (LDP) is designed for former campers who are too old to be traditional campers but too young to be full staff. It is a counselor-in-training program offering leadership skills and valuable experience in the field of youth development. Participants discover, create, explore, and care through learning developmental and safety considerations, participating in program design processes, exploring leadership strengths in community settings, and caring for campers, facilities, and future programming. Requires at least one year of prior Camp Gallagher camper experience and completion of senior year of high school.Available Sessions
