Learn the challenges and rewards of being a Camp Sealth staff member through this volunteer, second-year Teen Leadership program position. You'll assist counselors, activity specialists, and support staff while learning about all aspects of the job. LEADs attend one week of required training at the beginning of the summer and then volunteer for 3-4 additional sessions as cabin counselors, activity leaders, or support staff. Requires an application and prior CIT/RSIT program completion is recommended.Session Details
