Counselor-In-Training (CIT) is a four-week long, in-depth leadership program that fosters independence and builds skills in all youth who participate. With the end goal of working towards eventually being a camp staff member, CITs will join a long tradition of spirited, dedicated high school youth. The CIT program brings the love of being at camp into the next phase for campers who look forward to working with youth in a career focused capacity. Through interactive workshops, CITs learn about their leadership style and collaborate in team settings, then put skills into action by planning camp activities, shadowing activity specialists, and assisting counselors.
