Sense the Adventure gives your camper the chance to slow down, connect with nature, and tune into their senses while still enjoying all the fun and excitement of Camp Sealth. It blends classic camp adventure with mindfulness, creativity, and emotional growth. Campers will explore their senses, build emotional awareness, and create their own sensory coping strategies kit. This program is offered in partnership with Katie Accola, Senior Clinician at Olympia Therapy. Gender-inclusive cabin groups.Session Details
