Students explore solo, duet, and ensemble dance improvisation rooted in American post-modern and contemporary traditions. The intensive investigates the body as a means to play and explore a multifaceted range of movement possibilities. Participants develop their artistic voice through personal movement exploration and collaborate on improvisation structures, Contact Improvisation, and ensemble scores.Session Details
