In this first level of the overnight leadership program, CITs learn about the skills needed to become a camp counselor. They develop their personal leadership style, explore the basics of planning and leading programs, and discover group management techniques. Campers stay at camp for two consecutive sessions (13 days). Offered at both Camp Robbinswold (Sessions 2+3) and Camp St. Albans (Sessions 5+6).Available Sessions
